Boat Crew Intern (Front Office)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in marine operations within a luxury hospitality setting. You will work closely with the Front Office team and the Speedboat Captain to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures and on‑board service.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Jumeirah’s brand standards and ensure timely, attentive guest service.
• Support the Speedboat Captain with checklists, voyage records, fuel balances and engine hours.
• Assist in technical, navigational and mechanical checks of speedboats to guarantee safe operations.
• Help with mooring, fastening, refueling and secure storage of luggage and goods.
• Provide safety briefings to guests and follow established service sequences.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a high school diploma or completed maritime, hospitality or tourism course.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn marine operations in a hospitality setting.
