Hostess – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess fluent in English and Russian to join our restaurant team at Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort English‑ and Russian‑speaking guests, manage reservations, seating plans and waiting lists.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and kitchen teams to ensure timely service and handle special table arrangements for celebrations.
• Maintain the hostess desk and entrance area, perform opening and closing duties, and collect guest feedback for the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hostess or guest‑facing role in a five‑star hotel or luxury resort.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong guest‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating efficiently.
• Understanding of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
