Kids Club Attendant – Russian Speaker (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will lead daily activities for children at Kuredhivaru Resort & Spa, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Fluency in Russian and English is required to communicate with guests and deliver age‑appropriate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver creative games, entertainment and themed programmes in line with resort standards.
• Supervise children at all times, monitor safety, and report any incidents or equipment issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, health information, and ensure the Kids Club area remains clean, organized and hygienic.
• Support operational planning, assist with special events, and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Creative, patient, and passionate about working with children.
• Basic CPR or First Aid knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow SOPs and operational standards consistently.
