Marketing Executive

About the role

Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa, located in the Noonu Atoll of the Maldives, is looking for a full-time Marketing Executive. The role covers marketing campaigns, promotions, events and communications across digital and offline channels, with a focus on social media, content and PR.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events and communications across digital and offline channels.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, content calendars, guest interactions and performance monitoring.
• Create and coordinate photos, videos and written content showcasing the resort, dining, wellness, events and experiences.
• Support PR activities, media and influencer relations, press materials and hosted media/influencer visits.
• Write and edit content for social media, websites, email communications, brochures and promotional materials.
• Assist with website updates, email marketing, digital campaigns and performance monitoring.
• Maintain marketing, PR, social media and content calendars, databases and regular performance reports.
• Ensure all communications reflect the resort's brand identity, tone of voice and luxury positioning.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts or travel.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional fluency in English.

Required skills

• Social media, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting and communication.
• Experience with photography/video coordination and exposure to media, influencers or PR agencies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
