Marketing Executive (Graphic Design) – Luxury Resort

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive – Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a luxury resort in the Maldives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling visual assets for digital, print, social media, F&B, guest communications and marketing campaigns.
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, email, paid media, website and other online platforms.
• Create and adapt engaging content for social media, digital advertising, websites and email marketing.
• Maintain and update resort website content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Monitor digital and social performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage creative assets, templates and artwork files to ensure efficient workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Website content management systems.
• Social media management platforms and analytics tools.
• Digital marketing platforms (email, paid media, SEO).
• Basic motion graphics, video editing or animation (advantage).
