F&B Guest Experience Host (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

The F&B Guest Experience Host will ensure smooth dining operations by managing reservations, greeting guests, and providing excellent service in both English and Mandarin.

Key responsibilities

• Review reservation book, prepare for each meal period, and keep menus in excellent condition.
• Answer phones promptly, take accurate reservations, and enter details into the reservation system.
• Notify supervisors of large parties or special requests and distribute reservations among servers.
• Greet and escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce servers.
• Gather guest feedback at departure and handle inquiries or complaints.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Food & Beverage certification preferred.

Required skills

• Reservation system operation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, and pricing.
