F&B Attendant (Maldivian / Local Hire)

About the role

Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, an all-inclusive resort in the Southern Maldives, is hiring a full-time F&B Attendant (Maldivian / local hire). The attendant delivers courteous, timely and professional food and beverage service to guests and helps keep restaurants running smoothly while meeting hygiene and Pullman service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, help with seating, present menus, explain specials and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards, monitor guest satisfaction and handle billing and payments accurately.
• Set up, clean and maintain dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens and utensils.
• Refill condiments, restock supplies and prepare stations for service.
• Help with opening and closing duties and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Work with kitchen staff, bartenders and colleagues, and relay guest requests, allergies or dietary needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
