IVD Order Taker – In Villa Dining Service

About the role

The IVD Order Taker will coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the in‑villa dining outlets at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor outlet operations, support staff and report relevant information to management.
• Print menus, upsell Destination Dining and ensure proper preparation and presentation of all items.
• Greet guests, deliver meals, set up tables and serve according to departmental standards.
• Handle enquiries about In Villa Dining, promote F&B offers and manage dirty dish collection.
• Maintain clean workstations, trolleys, hot boxes and adhere to HACCP food safety standards.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and create a “WOW EXPERIENCE” for guests.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience, preferably in the Maldives.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills; additional language is a plus.
• High morals, ethics, organization and commitment to the role.
