Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain clean and compliant refrigeration, equipment, and storage areas.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and control proper product storage.
• Demonstrate understanding of HACCP food hygiene and safety standards.
• Uphold high standards of social interaction with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar pastry commis role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain product storage controls.
