Pastry Commis – Four Seasons Maldives

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is seeking a passionate Commis (Pastry) to support the pastry team in preparing exceptional desserts, breads and baked goods while upholding high standards of quality and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prep raw ingredients and prepare mise‑en‑place, bases and sauces.
• Assist line cooks, follow standard recipes and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Complete Safe Step Training certification and adhere to the resort’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Support timely food service, accommodate guest preferences and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar pastry role.
• Technical education in Hospitality preferred.
• Strong English, math and psychometric skills.
• Personal flair and finesse.

Required skills

• Strong English communication.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Knowledge of hospitality culinary techniques.
