A320 Captain – Premium Leisure Airline

About the role

Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is seeking experienced A320 Captains to join its growing operation in Malé, Maldives. As a captain, you will lead the flight crew, ensure the highest standards of safety and deliver a luxury travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute flights, ensuring safety and comfort for passengers and crew.
• Oversee all phases of flight, including take‑off, landing and in‑flight procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the First Officer to maintain effective cockpit communication and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate flight records and ensure compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergency situations following established protocols.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Beond’s high standards for customer service and luxury travel.

Required profile

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on the A320.
• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• A320 type rating and proficiency.
