A320 First Officer

About the role

Beond, the world’s first premium leisure airline, is expanding its operations and seeks motivated A320 First Officers to join its boutique fleet based in Malé, Maldives. The role focuses on safe, disciplined, and efficient flight operations while delivering a refined guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently, prioritising guest satisfaction.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout all flight phases.
• Plan flight routes considering weather, fuel requirements and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, flight operation manuals, checklists and procedures.
• Perform pre‑flight checks, briefings and maintain complete, up‑to‑date documentation.
• Communicate with the Captain and ground personnel to support safe and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL credits.
• Current A320 family type rating with flight experience within the last three months.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Level 4 (Level 5 preferred).
• Minimum 500 hours total flight time on A320 family aircraft.
