Business Development Manager – Maldives

About the role

Viluxur Holidays is expanding its Maldives‑based Business Development function and seeks a manager to build partnerships, negotiate strong terms, and open new revenue channels across luxury, family and all‑inclusive resort segments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with Maldives resorts and suppliers across luxury, family and all‑inclusive segments.
• Negotiate rates, allotments, commercial terms and value‑adds to strengthen Viluxur’s position.
• Develop new revenue streams such as MICE, group business, pre‑arrival experiences and incidentals.
• Represent Viluxur at trade events, resort meetings and industry gatherings, coordinating with partnership, contracting and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in the Maldives travel industry, preferably within resorts or a DMC.
• Established network and deep understanding of the Maldives resort landscape.
• Proven track record of building partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and creating new business opportunities.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Based in the Maldives (Malé).
