F&B Attendant - Luxury Resort

About the role

Constance Moofushi, a luxury island resort in the Maldives, is looking for a friendly and efficient F&B Attendant to deliver outstanding dining experiences in its restaurants, bars and other food service areas. The role is full-time and involves serving guests and supporting the team in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for events
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and support colleagues

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting and on varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food safety certification is desirable

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and strong communication in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international cuisines and beverages and understanding of dietary requirements and common food allergies (preferred)
