About the role

The Front Office Manager at Barceló Nasandhura will lead all front‑office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee reception, concierge, and guest services daily.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front‑office staff.
• Develop and enforce policies to boost guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Supervise cash handling, billing, and night‑audit procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, sales, and F&B departments for seamless service.
• Prepare and analyse reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Maintain a presentable and welcoming front‑office area.
• Implement health, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in front‑office management within a hotel or resort.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and guest‑relations skills.
• Excellent communication in English.
