Waiter/Waitress – Russian Speaker

About the role

Deliver exceptional à la carte food and beverage service in line with resort standards, providing warm, attentive, and personalized dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Present menus confidently, explain dishes, and recommend suitable food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs, upsell and cross‑sell menu items, daily specials, premium wines and spirits.
• Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems and hotel management applications.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards of dining areas, table settings, menus and service stations.
• Carry out opening, service and closing duties efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine‑dining restaurant within a five‑star hotel or luxury resort.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Good understanding of Mediterranean, Eastern European and Japanese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of fine wines, international cocktails and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest‑engagement skills.
• Passionate about hospitality with a positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
