Chef de Cuisine - Fine Dining

About the role

Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa, located in the Noonu Atoll of the Maldives, is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead its ultra-luxury private dining venues. The role creates exceptional dining experiences for high-end guests, with a focus on creativity and bespoke menus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen operations of the resort's ultra-luxury private dining venues.
• Create and develop innovative multi-course degustation menus using premium ingredients, modern cooking techniques and beautiful presentation.
• Conceptualise bespoke dining experiences tailored to discerning guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior culinary role at a Michelin-starred restaurant or a restaurant of similar standard.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, menu creation and multi-course degustation menus.
• Ability to create unique dining experiences.
