Sales Executive - Russian Speaker

About the role

Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa, located in Noonu Atoll in the Maldives, is looking for a Russian-speaking Sales Executive. The role supports the Director of Sales and the sales team in carrying out sales activities and reaching business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, tour operators and other business partners.
• Make sales calls, visit clients, hold virtual meetings and follow up to generate business opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts through regular communication, lead follow-up and support for ongoing business needs.
• Handle FIT, group and event enquiries and help prepare proposals, quotations, contracts and promotional agreements.
• Coordinate sales activities such as promotions, FAM trips, site inspections, trade shows and client visits.
• Maintain client, enquiry and sales records in the CRM and prepare routine sales reports.
• Help monitor market and competitor activity and coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, F&B and Operations on bookings and client requirements.
• Follow up after events and stays to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts, travel or a related industry.
• Experience in a remote island resort is highly desirable.
• Fluent professional English and Russian.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
