Fitness Trainer for Talise Spa at Jumeirah Olhahali Island

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Trainer (Female) to join the Talise Spa team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, Maldives. The role focuses on delivering personalized fitness and wellness experiences to resort guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions tailored to guest needs.
• Conduct Yoga, Pilates, and other wellness classes.
• Provide fitness assessments and wellness consultations.
• Promote health, wellbeing, and active lifestyle experiences.
• Maintain fitness equipment and facilities to luxury standards.
• Support resort-wide wellness programs and special events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer in a luxury resort or similar environment.
• Degree, diploma or internationally recognised certification in Fitness Training, Exercise Science or related field.
• Valid personal training certification; additional Yoga and/or Pilates qualifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, injury prevention and program design.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary wellness team.
