Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Maahiya is recruiting a full-time Customer Support Specialist based in Addu City. The role covers customer support across multiple channels, resolves service and technical issues, keeps accurate records and works with internal teams to keep customers satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support on digital and non-digital channels (chat, email, social media, phone and in person).
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to Dhiraagu services and give effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.

Required profile

• O'Levels or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is optional.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer service and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Digital communication tools and CRM systems; optional: basic telecom product knowledge and social media support experience.

What we offer

• Salary of MVR 9,400 per month.
