Sales Champion - Dhiraagu Pay

About the role

Maahiya is recruiting a Sales Champion in Malé to promote and sell Dhiraagu Pay services, onboard merchants and customers, build strong relationships, meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries and complaints. The position is full-time, paid MVR 8,000 to MVR 9,000 per month, and applications have closed.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Dhiraagu Pay products and services.
• Proactively engage potential merchants and customers, guide them through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition onto the Dhiraagu Pay platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, customers and agents by telephone and in-person calls, including making appointments where necessary.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.

Required profile

• O'Level qualification.
