F&B Attendant – Local Hire

About the role

The F&B Attendant will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa. You will ensure a courteous, timely, and professional experience while supporting the smooth operation of the resort’s restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders and serve food and beverages according to Pullman service standards.
• Set up, clean and maintain dining areas, restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders and fellow attendants, communicating special requests, allergies or dietary needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety and service sequence standards.
