Housekeeping Attendant (Villa Valet) – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a contemporary luxury resort in the Maldives. As a Housekeeping Attendant (Villa Valet) you will ensure each villa is presented to the highest standards for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Review the Attendant Report at the start of each shift and act on villa status updates.
• Report privacy (DND) or double‑lock villas to the coordinator or floor supervisor and log tasks.
• Enter guest villas following established entry standards.
• Replace dirty cushion and throw‑pillow covers, and inspect all linens for wear.
• Remove room‑service trays during cleaning and coordinate with IVD for tray removal.
• Maintain lampshades, furniture and overall villa condition; report any maintenance issues.
• Hand over the Attendant Report to the Housekeeping office at shift end.
• Keep pantry areas tidy and well‑stocked for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high‑level service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
