In-Villa Dining Host

About the role

The In‑Villa Dining (IVD) Host will deliver a premium dining experience directly within guests' villas at Constance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives. This role requires meticulous service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide impeccable in‑villa dining service, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Take and process guest orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Set up elegant dining arrangements within guest villas, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Present and serve food and beverages with grace and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle inquiries with tact.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication abilities in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• 1‑2 years of experience in hospitality or food service, preferably in a luxury resort.
• Physical stamina to work long hours and carry trays and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records.
