Restaurant Host

About the role

Constance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is looking for a friendly and customer‑focused Restaurant Host. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables, provide menus, and communicate special requests to the kitchen and wait staff.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and support the resolution of dining‑related issues.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and stay updated on menu changes and resort activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and pay attention to detail.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Willingness to live and work in the Maldives and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and guest information.
