About the role

Join Pullman Maldives Maamutaa as a Playground Host, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children while supporting the resort’s vibrant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.
• Organize and conduct age‑appropriate games, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational activities.
• Interact with children of different ages and personalities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Maintain a strong awareness of child safety, safeguarding, and appropriate conduct.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and responsibly, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of children’s activities and guest services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant childcare/recreation qualifications are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
