Spa Therapist (Female) – Talise Spa, Maldives

About the role

Join the Talise Spa team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island as a Spa Therapist. You will deliver a range of massage, body, facial and beauty treatments, ensuring each guest enjoys a safe, professional and memorable wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massages, body treatments, facials and beauty services in line with spa protocols and certification standards.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, demonstrate full product knowledge and create personalized wellness experiences.
• Manage reception duties with professionalism, warmth and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with LQA, Forbes, HACCP and other quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in an international luxury hospitality setting.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent and a globally recognised health therapy qualification.
• Yoga or wellness credentials, and optional beauty, hair or makeup skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
