About the role

Join a leading restaurant group expanding its cloud kitchen operations, supporting award‑winning restaurants in Dubai. The position offers long‑term growth prospects for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie with continental cuisine experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces.
• Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team and ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Maintain station cleanliness, manage leftovers, and stock inventory appropriately.
• Follow executive or sous‑chef instructions and comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven cooking experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Background in continental cuisine with knowledge of sauces, techniques, and ingredients.
• Basic English communication skills for team coordination.

Required skills

• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

• Basic monthly salary AED 2,800‑3,600 (depending on experience).
