Villa Attendant

About the role

Constance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives, is looking for a dedicated Villa Attendant to be the primary point of contact for discerning guests and ensure an extraordinary stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service, warm welcome greetings and resort orientations for arriving guests.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, coordinate with departments, arrange dining, spa and excursion bookings.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, conduct villa inspections, and assist with check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and act as a knowledgeable resource on resort facilities and local attractions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or resort settings, preferably in the Maldives or similar tropical destinations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, in a remote island environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hospitality management software.
• Knowledge of luxury travel trends and guest expectations.
