Kids Club Manager – Front Office (Maldives)

About the role

Jumeirah Olhahali Island in the Maldives is seeking a Kids Club Manager to join its Front Office team. This position will shape the resort’s children’s programme, creating memorable, safe, and engaging experiences for young guests and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a playful, purposeful philosophy for the Kids Club, designing daily activities such as reef‑inspired crafts, cultural workshops, beach adventures and junior chef classes.
• Lead, inspire and develop a team of counsellors, fostering teamwork, warmth and the highest standards of childcare.
• Oversee daily operations including rosters, bookings, records, inventory and maintenance of the Kids Club space.
• Ensure compliance with Jumeirah brand, operational and audit standards, maintaining health, safety and environmental protocols.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Food & Beverage and Recreation to create signature kids’ programmes and packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury 5‑star environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high‑level service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Russian language competency is a plus.
