Commis – Indian Cuisine at Glow Kitchen

About the role

The Glow Kitchen at Jumeirah Olhahali Island is seeking a Commis specialized in Indian cuisine to support the culinary team. You will help deliver high‑quality dishes while ensuring excellent guest service in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and maintain consistency.
• Ensure refrigeration, equipment, and storage areas are clean and meet health and hygiene regulations.
• Check and control proper storage of products and assist with inventory management.
• Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and safety standards.
