Kids Club Manager – Front Office

About the role

The Kids Club Manager will lead the Front Office Kids Club at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, creating a playful and purposeful environment for young guests. You will design daily activities, oversee operations, and collaborate with other departments to enhance family experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative Kids Club philosophy and daily programmes, including crafts, cultural activities, beach adventures and cooking classes.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of counsellors, ensuring high standards of childcare and guest service.
• Manage daily operations: rosters, bookings, inventory, records and maintain a safe, inviting space.
• Ensure compliance with Jumeirah brand standards, health, safety and environmental policies.
• Design signature kids’ programmes and packages in partnership with Front Office, Food & Beverage and Recreation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury 5‑star environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Russian language competency is a plus.
• Commitment to delivering high‑level service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
