Fitness Trainer – Talise Spa (Maldives)

About the role

Join the Talise Spa team on Olhahali Island and deliver premium fitness experiences to discerning guests. You will design and lead personalized training sessions, yoga, Pilates and wellness classes in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal training sessions tailored to individual guest needs.
• Conduct Yoga, Pilates and other wellness classes.
• Provide fitness assessments, body composition analysis and wellness consultations.
• Maintain fitness equipment and facilities to luxury standards.
• Support resort‑wide wellness programmes and special events.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Fitness Trainer in a luxury resort, spa or hospitality environment.
• Degree, diploma or internationally recognised certification in Fitness Training, Exercise Science or related field.
• Valid Personal Training certification; additional Yoga and/or Pilates qualifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using fitness or wellness management software.
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
