Housekeeping Attendant (Villa Valet)

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a luxury resort in the Maldives, as a Housekeeping Attendant (Villa Valet). You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the resort’s exclusive villas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review the Attendant Report at the start of each shift and act according to villa status.
• Report privacy (DND) or double‑lock villas to the coordinator or floor supervisor and log tasks.
• Enter guest villas following established entry standards.
• Replace dirty cushion and throw‑pillow covers, and ensure all villa linens are in good condition.
• Remove any room‑service trays left in the villa during cleaning and coordinate with IVD for removal.
• Maintain lampshades and furniture in excellent condition.
• Report any maintenance issues to the coordinator promptly.
• Hand over the Attendant Report to the Housekeeping Host office at shift end.
• Keep working pantries tidy and well‑stocked for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury 5‑star hospitality environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high‑level service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
