Restaurant Manager - Bulgari Resort Ranfushi

About the role

Bulgari Resort Ranfushi is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee its restaurant operations. The role covers daily supervision of the restaurant, menu planning support, sanitation standards, and helping servers and hosts during peak meal periods, while improving guest and employee satisfaction and maximizing financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees, manage day-to-day operations and review staffing levels
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in the restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
• Lead the food and beverage team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with food safety, liquor laws and policies
• Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest complaints and collect feedback
• Manage human resources, including training, performance standards and employee satisfaction
• Oversee the financial aspects of the department, including purchasing and invoice payments
• Assist servers and hosts on the floor during busy periods and supervise shifts in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year university degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field
• 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or a related profession, or 2 years with a degree
