Stewarding Supervisor – Hospitality Operations

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the Culinary team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island as a Stewarding Supervisor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service across all back‑of‑house areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Stewarding team, allocating duties according to operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchens, stewarding areas, storage, waste zones and equipment.
• Oversee washing, sanitising and proper storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Conduct daily briefings, inspections and ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and health‑safety procedures.
• Monitor dishwashing operations during peak periods and support where required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role within a hotel, resort or professional kitchen.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, health & safety and sanitation requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
