About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Alaaya Bay on Jumeirah Olhahali Island as a Bartender. You will deliver premium beverage service in a luxury resort setting, ensuring memorable experiences for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, spirits and wines with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar meeting five‑star standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service during meal periods.
• Promote signature and themed cocktails that reflect the resort’s identity.
• Assist with inventory control, stock management and waste minimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, wines and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction abilities.
