Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine

About the role

Join the culinary team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island in the Maldives as a Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury 5‑star resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pantry and menu items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Inspect, select, and use only the highest‑standard food items, manage proper storage and portion control.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming standards and safety procedures, and conduct daily inventory of walk‑in and reach‑in storage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort kitchen.
• Proven ability to guide and develop junior colleagues through training.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to different stations and cuisines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and workflow.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
