About the role

Join the Glow Kitchen team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island as a Demi Chef De Partie, focusing on Western cuisine. You will contribute to delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pantry items and menu dishes following standard recipes and ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Inspect, select, and use only the highest‑quality food items, and manage proper storage, including daily inventory of walk‑in and reach‑in boxes.
• Uphold HACCP standards, food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and company SOPs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury 5‑star kitchen environment.
• Hands‑on experience training and guiding junior colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting and adapt to different stations and cuisines.

Required skills

• HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Knowledge of Western culinary techniques.
