In-Villa Dining Waiter (Maldivian / Local Hire)

About the role

Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is a luxury resort in the Noonu Atoll, offering 105 villas with private pools and direct ocean access. It is looking for a waiter for its in-villa dining service, open to Maldivian and local hires.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalised service throughout the meal.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and pass them clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and on time, following service standards and presentation requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to requests during the meal.
• Liaise with the F&B service and kitchen teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area.
• Support overall F&B operations to improve the guest dining experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a guest-facing role in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
