About the role

Join the Pastry team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island in the Maldives as a Commis, delivering high‑quality pastry service in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain clean and compliant refrigeration, equipment, storage and work areas.
• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and control proper product storage.
• Support HACCP food hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar pastry commis role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
