About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a contemporary resort in the Maldives, as a Waiter/ess. You will deliver attentive service that reflects Jumeirah’s luxury standards and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold Jumeirah’s brand values by providing proactive, timely, and attentive service.
• Assist the outlet manager with daily service operations and scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams for seamless service.
• Ensure food and beverage items are prepared, presented, and served to the highest quality standards.
• Check and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, setting tables correctly before guest arrivals.
• Share guest preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions with the service team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
