Waiter/ess – Food & Beverage Team

About the role

Join the Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a contemporary resort in the Maldives. As a Waiter/ess you will deliver attentive service that reflects Jumeirah’s luxury standards and enhances guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the outlet manager in daily service operations and scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Serve food and beverage items to the highest quality standards and uphold hygiene and presentation guidelines.
• Prepare dining areas, set tables correctly, and share guest preferences and dietary restrictions with the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
