Butler – Front Office at Luxury Maldives Resort

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Olhahali Island, a contemporary luxury resort in the Maldives. The Butler will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication with all departments to fulfill requests of any size and deliver the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly in the lobby and throughout the hotel.
• Identify and anticipate guest needs, providing assistance proactively.
• Respond to general inquiries about hotel facilities, daily events, and functions.
• Upsell the resort’s restaurants, amenities, and experiences.
• Conduct property tours and room orientations for visitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5‑star property.
• Mandatory experience in Food & Beverage service and in‑villa dining.
• Fluency in English and at least one of Arabic, Chinese or Russian.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud).
